Wiper blades poor condition, battery died 100 +miles away, used MY road service, lastly brake warning lite for service ALL SAFETY ISSUES & POOR MAINTENANCE DEPT. 3 Trips back to rental for fixit issues, credit for 2 days? Not how to run a car rental!
First car was dirty and was unsafe to drive. Second car after we returned the first one was old with a ton of miles. Not what I expect when renting a car. Will never return.
Overall great experience
I didn't like the initial car they gave me but they switched it promptly to a car if my satisfaction
quick pickup, wonderful service and then dropped at our hotel when we returned the car. Very pleased with this company!
They were very nice and helpful and their rate was one of the lowest we found.

My only complaint is that the insurance options weren't made apparent up-front, so when I picked the car up I had to choose on the spot between the options available.
