Friendly courteous staff. Easy convenient check-in check-out. Great value.
The windows in the car were foggy every time I got in the car as if there was water inside that was evaporating. The shuttle drivers were excellent.
Reservation was on time, the car was great, and charges were less than I expected. no problems whatsoever - do not hesitate to use this company!

Very nice feature to be picked up and dropped off at Ontario airport with car we're renting. Luggage doesn't have to be transferred to typical shuttle and then off at rental location and then into car, but just into car and that's it. That's very convenient. Cars are older than higher priced companies and show it with wear and tear, but ours worked great and the price is hard to beat.
