Everyone at the car rental agency was very courteous and helpful! The gentleman checking us in was very knowledgeable. The pick up and drop off process was easy, even if it was necessary to drop off before or after business hours. We would definitely do business with United Auto Rental again. The entire process was seamless.
We almost missed our rental because our flight was delayed for one hour and the office closes at 7 pm. I had no idea that the office closed at 7 pm and after looking at my reservation confirmation, it doesn't mention the business hours anywhere. That is definitely something I recommend adding and making sure it is clear to the customers. Luckily Javier called me at 6:45 and gave me a courtesy call right when our flight landed. He said that he would wait for us but it would cost $25.
Will definitely rent again
The whole experience was excellent, fast, easy, and most importantly, way more affordable than the big rental companies. We were picked up promptly, and the staff gave us a discount on the spot because it was Christmas Eve. They were so courteous and friendly. 100% would recommend and also choose this company again in the future.
