Great Experience
Our initial car broke down and we had to wait for 2 hours to have a solution - would of been nice to receive a credit for that
The staff was friendly and helpful but I was charged for an extra hour that I was told would not be charged

No Issues
Good prices & prompt pick up. However, if you have an unexpected emergency and end up hospitalized (like I did), very difficult company to work with. Small rental company, and no one able to return car for me. I continued to be charged for car, and I had to call a friend from another state to come out to return to United Auto Rental. It was a very costly ordeal, and still charged the extra days.
We rented a good car (hyndai Elantra) for a very reasonable price. We have rented here before and their service was great last time (car had issues). The only comment on the most recent rental was that the interior of the car needed to be cleaned. There were lots of stains on the seats which detracted from the experience.
Car was dirty. But I guess its what I get for affordable rates.
Service was good. The car quality was poor with dents throughout and basic amenities.
Hold the $550 when I return the car charge me $163 and have to wait 3-5 days to release the $550 doesn’t make sense
