I was charged additional fees which didn't make any sense. I understand rental companies are in the business for additional fees, but it was disappointing. Never renting from this agency again and will tell people to avoid this company.
I wish that the Ontario rental store did not close before flights arrived. Difficult to locate vehicle

I never leave (positive!) reviews for car rentals because they are pretty much all the same, and not in a good way. But this was a refreshingly great experience from the beginning to end. I'll definitely use United Auto Rental again! Thanks --
Great Experience
Our initial car broke down and we had to wait for 2 hours to have a solution - would of been nice to receive a credit for that
The staff was friendly and helpful but I was charged for an extra hour that I was told would not be charged
