Hold the $550 when I return the car charge me $163 and have to wait 3-5 days to release the $550 doesn’t make sense
The car did not operate to standard and company response to malfunctioning equipment was dismal. Overall experience was horrible.
Everything was great, we we’re very happy with our experience and would recommend again.
We could tell that the previous renter had smoked in the car, which was a disappointment to us as we are non-smokers. However, the car rental company did its best to minimize the ordor, which really was not their fault.
Financially this was the best deal in Orange County......50% and more cheaper than the major car rental companies. I have no regrets, everything was as advertised. I would definitely use them again.
