It was very quick and easy. I was picked up from the airport in the car I was renting and driven to their location. The paperwork was done quickly and efficiently and I was on my way in under 10 minutes.
Recommending to friends and family who are ok with an off-airport agency. There is an extra level of hassle that many do not want. I wouldn't use this service for any business travel, but for personal and budget travel it makes sense.
10 awesome days around California were made possible by this rental. Good car and helpful staff when I called.

5 GOLD STARS! WOW I'm surprised! First off when you call someone answers RIGHT AWAY! I called 3 different times and was greeted by A LIVE PERSON - NO RECORDINGS! Excellent service provided by Miguel & Martin. Miguel went over the rental very thoroughly noting any damage he was friendly, knowledgeable and got me on the road in a flash! Martin took us back to the airport, he checked us in very quickly as we were running late for the flight, he got everything done in time for flight THANK YOU

Bald tires, car stinks like cigarettes, noisy ball joint front left side, absolutely no suspension and while climbing the highway to the San Bernardino mountains the car wouldn’t get passed 35 mph.
Although I am sure it was written somewhere in small print of the documents I signed, I was shocked to find out that they put a $350 hold my y debit card until I returned the car. That would have been something good to point out ahead of time.

I rented a car from this place just to go to and from work for a couple of days while my car is in the shop. I work 12hr shifts everyday, I get off work and forgot where I parked the car on the third day of having it. I call and ask do they have a tracker to try to locate it, mind you I just had got off work it has to be some where in employer parking lot. They lie and say they don't and that if I report it stolen police will charge me if they have to look for car. I notify my insurance and go t
