United ran out of vehicles and dropped us to some counter parts Stop n Go, the guy argued with us so much initially as he would not go our what all United promised. The time we returned the van the guy was different and was very nice...I would recommend United to advise their customers right away when there is rental changes...
Very kind and helpful people
It all went fine. The first time I called to request pick-up, it went to voice mail. However, when I called back a few minutes later, they answered and someone came to pick me up pretty quickly.
Staff members were courteous and efficient with regard to the reservation. On the vehicle return, the staffer was kind enough to take the time to drop me at my hotel capping a positive experience from beginning to end.
Both drivers to and from the airport were wonderful! They made conversation in the car and the process was painless. I enjoyed their laid back but professional attitudes. Would definitely rent from this location again!
The guy who we dealt with was really helpful and friendly. We really likes the Kia Sorento as well.
Best prices from any rental agency I could find. Car was nearly brand new and ran flawlessly. If I'm ever in the area again, I will absolutely use United Auto Rental. I highly recommend them.
