Renting with United Auto Rental was probably the easiest rental experience I have ever had. There was no stress, no trying to sell me things I didn’t need, just quick, courteous service. I would definitely rent from them again.
The staff in the office and the rides to and from the airport were stress free and very nice guys.
United’s Auto Rental is not a “big” rental company but they really impressed me with their prices and service. From the young man who picked us up at the airport (in our vehicle) to the man who checked us in and the guy who drove us back I felt like a valued customer. The van we rented was great. The location was easy to find. I would definitely rent from them again.
