We were happy with the rental!
They were very friendly and helpful.
i talked to martin when i arrived. this guy was amazing. he was so helpful, courteous, and professional. i usually use avis, budget, dollar, or one of those rentals, but martin made my experience a great experience. he asked me you work at fedex? i said yes howd he know. he said last time you rented from us you had fedex. he said fedex gets a discount. Wow!!! He was fantastic. I will continue to use United Auto Rentals from now on. Please thank Martin for a great job!!!
The car we rented was an 2018 Altima. It was in good condition and the 4 cylinder engine was more than adequate for traveling the freeways. Good gas mileage too. Overall I averaged 32.5 mpg. There were some smudges on the headliner from a previous rental. The one thing I would want to change was that the tank was half full and we had to bring it back at half full or more to avoid $5+/gal charge to get it back to half full. It should have been full so the renter simply fills it b4 returning..
My family and I had a great experience renting a car from United Auto Rental. The staff were incredibly helpful and quick to help us both get the card and check it back in. They were extremely courteous, professional and helpful. The car was great. I have never had a more easy-going, pleasant and satisfying car rental experience. And it was a great value, too! I highly recommend their services, and will glad rent from them again next time I'm in the area.
this agency was about 25% cheaper than the next option. There wasn't a shuttle to their location from their airport, but they'll send a private taxi to come get you, just call on arrival.
I flew into Ontario CA airport at 11 Pm on Friday may 17th. Went to the rental car facility at the airport and Untied rental was not there. When I booked the rental it was with the understanding that I would be picking up at the airport. I checked my reservation and it says they pick you up and take you to a facility off site. Their hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 8pm. So i could not get my car because they were closed, and i would not be able to drop off the car when I flew out a 5am.
The staffs are helpful and the price is good. Will recommend it to my friends in the future.
Friendly, prompt, helpful staff. Honest people making an honest business. Quick shuttle to airport after car drop-off. Less waiting than for a bus at other agencies. Good price with clear instructions on gas and insurance.
I had an amazing experience with United Auto an I’m so glad I chose them instead of one of the giant rental car companies (all of them were considerably more expensive, too). After someone rear-ended me in a minor fender bender, I was terrified about the fees I would have to pay. But the team at United Auto was extremely kind and helpful and knew that it wasn’t my fault. Had I gone with a larger company, I’m sure I could have been stuck paying deductibles and major fees. Don’t rent anywh
