this agency was about 25% cheaper than the next option. There wasn't a shuttle to their location from their airport, but they'll send a private taxi to come get you, just call on arrival.
I flew into Ontario CA airport at 11 Pm on Friday may 17th. Went to the rental car facility at the airport and Untied rental was not there. When I booked the rental it was with the understanding that I would be picking up at the airport. I checked my reservation and it says they pick you up and take you to a facility off site. Their hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 8pm. So i could not get my car because they were closed, and i would not be able to drop off the car when I flew out a 5am.
The staffs are helpful and the price is good. Will recommend it to my friends in the future.
Friendly, prompt, helpful staff. Honest people making an honest business. Quick shuttle to airport after car drop-off. Less waiting than for a bus at other agencies. Good price with clear instructions on gas and insurance.
I had an amazing experience with United Auto an I’m so glad I chose them instead of one of the giant rental car companies (all of them were considerably more expensive, too). After someone rear-ended me in a minor fender bender, I was terrified about the fees I would have to pay. But the team at United Auto was extremely kind and helpful and knew that it wasn’t my fault. The van we were picked up was going to be our rental. It was filthy. It had sticky spills in the back, hay in the front passenger seat, smelled, rear trunk area was filthy and there were broken pieces on the front dash. Tried to trade for a van but the rear doors wouldn't stay open. My kids, or anyone, could get hurt by this. Huge liability. We will be renting from larger, big name car rentals from now on. Not worth saving a dollar for bad rentals. Google, Yelp and other reviews to come.
