I realize this is a pretty small operation, but I was picked up promptly and all the employees were helpful and friendly. The car was a little dinged up, but it ran fine. So I had a good experience with these guys.
Car was pretty beat up, smelled like someone had smoked in it, cigarette burn hole in seat, seats and car were dirty.
40 min wait for On site pick up. The staff acknowledged the long wait and gave us an “ up grade “ as compensation. The car we were given smelled of smoke, had cigarette burn holes in the seats and multiple scrapes and dents throughout. We decided to take the car and leave since this was the upgrade we were afraid to find out what else was on the lot. Definitely not returning to this rental dealer and would not recommend.
The check-in process was the only downside to the rental experience. We were told the car we were renting would be driven to the airport, but it was not. Took over 20 minutes to come and pick us up and then drive us to the rental place. Another 20 minutes once there to complete the paperwork and then get the car.
Absolutely a fabulous deal. How can you go wrong. It is like having your private chauffeur take you to your car. Delightfully surprised by the fast process from start to finish. Recommend the Ontario Airport service.
I have rented from this business a number of times. The price is always very competitive , the car neat and tidy, and runs well. No, it isn't as spiffy as a new vehicle at a large franchise rental franchise, but the price is right , and the employees friendly and professional.
The staff was great! Very accommodating and friendly.
A couple of simple amenities like being able to adjust the side mirrors were broken and for a car that was designated as non-smoking after a day or so of the cleaning products wearing off you could smell the smoke unfortunately.
