Great customer service. Quick pickup from airport and drop off directly to the terminal upon departure. Nice car.

Everything worked well. The drop off early at the airport was easy. Good service. Could reach service staff easily on phone and via email.

Great value, service. the only very minor glitch was that they pick you up in the car you are going to be driving. We were looking for a marked van, so it took a bit for them to find us. It was easily resolved and I will rent from them again if given the opportunity!
I received the car with hardly any gas in it. The clerk said there was enough to get me to Palm Springs. The empty light showed up when I was only 1/2 way there, and it was raining. I got off of the freeway and had a tough time finding a gas station. I finally did, but this was a definite inconvenience. Upon return I related this problem to the clerk, and she did give me a deduction on the amount I owed. It would have been better to start with a full tank. I returned it with 3/4th a tank.
