One of the best experiences I have had renting a car in California! The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. My daughter and I both left our prescription sunglasses in car. We called promptly and they mailed them to us! In the past when I've left items in a vehicle at other companies, I've never seen them again!
The best part about United was the ability to simply leave the car at the airport or hotel instead of dropping it back off at the rental car company. This helped tremendously with our 6:00 am flight.

Difficult to find, but otherwise great.
It was fine however the car smelled like cigarettes.

Very smooth rental - drop-off in lot 5 was very convenient.
I felt like this was a great alternative to the big rental companies. Being away from the airport was a little inconvenient but that inconvenience was well worth the price.
