Scamming, Lying, and Fraudulent business. I am surprised anyone would rent from this excuse of a business. Predatory and hateful to customers.
Everything went quick and as promised.
United Auto Rental did a fantastic job supplying me with a rental car on my trip. They were quick to pick me up and drop me off at my airport, provided me with a clean and excellent car, and were very friendly, professional, and fast. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
Favorable experience
I have been very happy with United. The staff I have interacted with has been very helpful, courteous and professional. The car we have is a little bit older than other rental cars that I have rented before as it has 66,000 miles on it. Because of that, I would be less likely to recommend the rental car agency to friends and family who are used to renting newer cars. With that being said, I would rent from United again. You were very convenient and economical.
