I will never use this company again. Nor will I ever recomend it. We went to pick up our week long rental and discovered upon pick up that we had limited miles. It was covered in the fine print. The associate helping us didnt even address trying to fix our concern. So we went to a competitor and paid $20 dollars for same vehicle with unlimited miles. Customer service representatives should try to fix problems not hustle people out the door.
My first time renting a car and it went very well. The service was more than great. The guy who help me that day he was the best.
The staff were courteous, prompt, and professional. Although they did not have a van available as I requested, they substituted a good full-size vehicle.
I had a great experience with United Auto Rental. I was picked up promptly, and checking in and getting the keys didn't take long. I got a great quote and was happy with the value of the rental car.
Everything regarding the car rental was smooth. I even had a "fender bender" with the vehicle and that was handled well.
The car I received was very uncomfortable to drive. The transmission desperately needs to be serviced. It would violently jerk every time you would go to accelerate. When I brought it up to the man working the counter he said he’s heard that complaint before with this car. You should not be renting out that car to customers. It’s unsafe to not be able to accelerate when needed
