Process was quick and easy. Didn’t feel any pressure for any upselling.
I did have an issue with one vehicle but it was resolved promptly and I was upgraded without asking. The service was great and I would rent from United again. Cesar especially was very helpful.

Overall I had a good experience with United Car Rental. The rates were better than the big rental agencies for a minivan and the service was on par. I would recommend to a friend. Thank you to Martine and the rest of the staff.
Our driver was personable and helped us with all our baggage and even interacted with our 9 month old daughter.
My only suggestion would be to give clearer instructions regarding pick-up at the airport, in terms of specifics of where to wait and what vehicle to be watching for. But it was a great experience overall. Thanks!
I am so pleased to have found an alternative to the rental agencies actually at the airport. United Auto has better rates, are honest and easy to communicate with, and fulfilled all of the agreement to a T.
