I need to explain my low rating. This is the kind of place you rent from if you do not have a credit card. You will need to have alot of cash accessible to rent from them. No credit card $500 deposit. If your local you do not get unlimited miles (, you will have additional charge by mile which can add up). Honestly after seeing the cost going up I just left and extended my rental with Avis. If you do not have a credit card and you have the cash, this is the place. Go to credit karma
The car had many dents and scratches all over it. It looked like a piece of junk. I was embarrassed to drive it. The staff was awesome however.
This rental company had great low rates compared to most other companies. I will most likely rent again.

Being an offsite rental company made things take a little longer to get the rental car, but that minor inconvenience was reflected in the pricing, which was FAR below other rental car companies. The team was very nice and easy to work with and had an efficient process - plus they weren't trying to upsell you on every little item like some other lesser-known rental companies. Great value from United Auto Rental and I would definitely use them again.

went smoothly. Maybe I didnt see it but I wish I had known that they would pick me up and I didnt have to go to the rental area
This rental company is amazing. They were there within a few minutes to pick me up when I arrived at the airport and it didnt take long to do the paper work. The gentlemen that were working that day were so friendly and so so helpful. They even offered to print me up a map to my hotel so I wouldn't get lost.
I would recommend this company to anyone and if I have to rent a car when I come back to cali again i will sooooo be coming back to see the guys at Untied Auto Rental.
