Great service, great car, great price!
Customer service was great and the price unbeatable. The only issue I had was that the car I was given smelled of cigarette smoke.
Requested for ford focus, upgraded to Volkswagen Jetta, with multiple problem, loud noise from the engine, driver side door and the vehicle hesitates and jerks when accelerating . I called United Auto Rental office and reported these issues and unable to resolve it, other than asking me to return the car to Ontario for an exchange while i was at conference Anaheim. Unfortunately, I couldn't drive that far and miss the conference. The car was at three quarter of fuel tank and not disclosed.
I was completely satisfied with the service, staff and the vehicle. The cost of the rental was so much cheaper than the other rental agencies. I love this place!
Car ran as if it needed a tune up.

Processes about being pickied up in your car and taken to the office to do the paperwork and dropping the car off in public parking was different but no hassle either.
