I loved the service of a small company. On our return I had trouble finding it, but a call to them was promptly answered and directions were given. That would not happen with one of the large chains. Our driver and check-in guy was terrific. I wish I could remember his name to call him out though. We will definitely use this company next year if the rate doesn't change and remains competitive.

2013 Chevy Impala. Torn seat. Window trim coming off or not any. Car was not clean. Car was on EMPTY. No guts (getting on freeway was very scary, didn't know if car would accelerate fast enough). Radio didn't work.

The customer service was excellently flawless. But the vehicle didn’t seem safe. I didn’t know till I was far into my trip and far from the rental place.
I had a wonderful experience with this company. They were very nice to my family they helped load and unload our luggage. I would absolutely use this agency again and recommend then to everyone I know or need a good rental place.
The staff was pleasant, and it was overall a good experience. The car available was pretty awful, over 100k miles with a great deal of cosmetic damage and some odd engine noises. It got us from point A to B and back, but we were rather shocked at the poor condition of the vehicle.
