The rate ended up being higher than expected due to my drop off being a couple hours later when I originally expected. The car had cigarette burn holes on the seats. But the staff was courteous.
the staff was great...friendly...helpful...but the car wasn't in good visual shape. big chunk out of console that scratched passenger's arm when resting on the armrest console. lots if scratches. But it worked fine and was a good value. they had just aquired tge vehicle from San Diego location after it closed down. could have used a piece of tape over there gash to help from hurting arm.

Checkout was very slow, but personnel were courteous.
The check engine light comes on after a few days so I called the office. I was told it was due for service. Why would you rent a car due for service? I was in the middle of my vacation and was expected to come to the office and return for another vehicle! Why should I interrupt my vacation that was planned for over a year and have to take time out for that. I don't feel like they made an effort to assist me. I worried about the car all week! No peace of mind, so not fair.
