When I arrived to pick up my rental my reservation could not be located but the employee was able to get me going for the rate I was given and with no hassle.
Was doing a trip and needed a gas friendly vehicle. United Auto Rental gave me both a good car and a fair price.
The people were curtious, knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

the first car I received smelled horribly of smoke. I'm a local renter so I was able to return the car the next day and United gave me an awesome brand new car. Very accommodating.
