My reservation was canceled as I was driving there in my Uber. I asked for any help at all and they said i was out of luck and hung up on me.
Horrible service I would never use them again, even if they paid me.
The customer service was very good! The agents were very friendly. However the inventory was poor. I was offered another option because the size vehicle I reserved was not available. The car they offered as an upgrade was VERY smoky and had cigarette burns all over the seats. It was so bad that I immediately returned it after driving around the corner. It’s strange that they offered it to me because the contract states that you can’t smoke in cars! The swapped car was much better.
The staff was VERY friendly, easy to work with, flexible and accommodating!! I asked to keep it several hours later than originally booked and they accommodated without additional charges. I would highly recommend United Auto Rental!
This is an off-off-site agency; getting there takes some time. The car I was given had body damage (front left fender coming off), nearly bald tires and needed brakes. The engine ran fine and the AC worked, so I used it rather than drive the 60-70 miles to try to exchange it.
Very please with the system and agents
Vehicle was not washed (water stains on windshield). Car smelled of tobacco and had cigarette burns on both passenger and driver seats. I would not rent a vehicle from this provider again.
This was my first time renting with United Auto Rental. The process was very smooth and easy! Will definitely be renting again in the future.
The staff were definitely the highlight of my experience. They were extremely friendly and helpful. My main critique is in the condition of the car - it didn't seem to run very well, and at one point, even though the light did not indicate the gas tank was empty, we ran out of gas going up a hill. However, overall, I would definitely recommend United Auto Rental for quality of customer service and good value.
