The car I received was old with lots of mileage. When the vehicle turns on it made noises. Secondly one of the windshield wipers was missing which was unbelievable. It started to rain as soon as I got on the highway and had to pull off because I couldn’t see. Finally assuming because the car is old it burned alot of gas. Horrible experience next time I will spend my money at a valid car rental for my ease of mind and safety.

This car rental company is completely fraudulent and should be avoided at all costs. After they picked me up and took me to their car lot, I was told that they couldn’t find my reservation in their system. Instead of resolving the issue, they tried to push me into renting a different vehicle at a much higher price.To make matters worse, the amount I had already paid online was declared non-refundable, leaving me stuck with no car and no way to recover my money. Really frustrating , Stay away

They added all of thesr fees that were over the price quoted. The place felt sketchy. They tried to sell me insurance i did not need. The car I was given was dirty and had coins in the glove compartment. They asked me to leave before contract signed. They are taking way too long to give me back my deposit. They had a tracker on the car tbat beeped. They threatened to take my car when i was unable to sign tbe contract because I did not receive a fillable email at first. Buyer beware.

I never rented the vehicle because it was impossible for me to contact anyone. I contacted the telephone number that was listed I could not leave a message because the mailbox was full so I sent a text message and I still didn't receive a return call.
