We dos not receive the precise location of the vehicle inside of the parking lot and that caused us to lose time

For non contact rental, everything went smoothly. It indeed was a learning experience. The van was perfect for the size of my party. Easy to drive. We were pleased and would recommend to anyone with large parties. Wish it had a running board for getting into the van. Not everyone is talk. Overall we were pleased. Would rent again.

This was the most easiest way to rent a van. Tracy Poor was so helpful and knowledgeable. Pick up and drop off was a breeze and the cost was definitely lower than others we will definitely rent again for our family vacation
