Good to great experience overall and managed well, made it easy for me to handle. the only improvement would be on the rate of the communication: I had to solicitate information (since the booking up to the final billing) to get answers and confirmations. But they always replied kindly and with the right infos.
Second time renter! Rental prices have for sure sky rocketed since I rented last year 2021 but all around an amazing and incredibly easy experience. We took great care of the van and got our full security deposit back next day!! Extremely easy process and I will continue to recommend United Van Rentals! 10/10 recommend getting the Mercedes’ 12px Sprinter. So easy to drive and pure luxury!
Although faced with some unexpected obstacles the agency did their best to accommodate. Would rent from again.
Tony was very helpful and diligent on making sure all paper work was completed prior to my arrival. I was in and out with no delays.
Everything was great aside the vehicle we received had a big dent, but it ran smoothly without problems. Overall...great experience.
price was very high to rent- double what we would usually pay, other than that the experience was good and we would rent again.

Thank you for your rental. If you check around, our pricing is amongst the lowest in van rentals. I'm sure you are aware inflation is at a 40 year record level. Our pricing has increased a little due to the rising costs of everything that is involved to run a rental business.
I've rented a van from this office at least 15-20 times. Every time it's been great so I highly recommend them!!!

I posted a Google review of this experience. Van rental agent focused on needs and not necessarily what was available. Tracy P. did a great job in communication every step of the way. Ensure van was there before flight arrived and followed several times to ensure it meet my needs. IMHO there this is the only place for van rental needs.
