I can’t express how satisfied we were with our rental. When trying to find a reasonable solution for our family of 7 and luggage the traditional rental companies weren’t an option. United made everything easy and the vehicle was perfect. Thank you!!
My rental was one week. I was expecting 200 miles per day but at the end i only got 1000 free miles. Too late to back out of contract. Got charged the 499 miles extra. Not happy about that coz i calculated my miles before I rented and iknow iwas going to have about 1500 on my trip. It says unlimited miles then it went to 1200 miles and then changed to 1000 miles.
Company is an excellent business to rent from had zero issues from them, if I'm in the states again I will be renting from them again.

Tony given me clearly instruction for pick up and return and it was easy spot at Alexis Hotel and my name is on there at winsheild. Hassle free!

It would hv bn better if vehicle had no bigger dent before renting it out, like I noticed at front bumper
Following the instructions, the van rental was fairly straight forward. I would suggest looking into the Bluetooth connection, as my phone kept disconnecting at random times.
It was a great experience start to finish. Van was exactly what we needed. It was waiting for us and the drop-off was a breeze. Definitely will rent again.
Had Problems with the brakes on the front end 5 days into the rental. However they delivered a replacement van right to our motel the next morning. There was a lot of signing of paperwork but we were taken care of. We did have to return the van to their office the next morning to trade out for our original van again. After that no problems really. I felt like the price was a bit for the value received, However was in line with other prices I had found while searching for van rentals.
