They’re incompetent and lack basic inventory management skills. Less than 24 hrs prior, 15 reservations were canceled via email. It’s a costly mismanagement action on their part but I am the one to suffer. We had to scramble at the last minute to figure out transportation for our trip. A refund alone wouldn’t adequately suffice; I still haven’t received it. We spent more money on Plan B. Had roles reversed canceling would’ve been very costly for us. You’ll regret booking w/AVR- DONâ€

Everything was easy and the rental process went smoothly. The van was clean and in good condition.
Location far but we make it work. Van felt it kind of heavy you can hear the engine like it was too much weight and had a slow response meaning that when I pressed the gas it just went up in the rpm range and moved slow. Mr. Toni very polite, proper communication and the van was clean no cigarette smell (that it was great we don't smoke, and my son is allergic to that smell so the fact that it was a clean air was amazing)
Loved the van. Very roomy and a smooth ride. Fit 6 adults and 6 large suitcases with ease. Perfect for our trip and the entire rental experience has been easy and professional. Definitely renting from United again.

This was the first time I've rented a passenger van so I was a little uncertain on how the experience would play out. First off, the customer service at United Van Rentals is exceptional! We had a delay in our flight and the team at United brought the rental to the parking lot for us to pickup. This has left a lasting impression on the company making it an easy choice to book in the future
