The experience was great.
The pick up and drop off was easy. Car damages marked in detail.
Tony was great along the way. Even though I had a mix up with the keys everything went without a hiccup. Would definitely rent with you guys again at u tied van rentals when we return.
Love how everything was ready for us to go and didn't have to spend a lot of time waiting. Van was great.

Van could use a little work but served its purpose
The van was basic but met our needs.
I would recommend a clearer list of pickup and drop off steps with photos from the airport to help travelers identify where to go.
Aii services were good. But there seems to be some higer nrental fee.
The Van rental itself and the process to pick up and drop off was very easy. Tony was very un-pleasant to work with. I'd ask questions and instead of answering directly, he'd ask "well you got the email right?" or " you have the walk around sheet right?". Un-pleasant is the best way to describe my interaction with him. The walk around sheet was also VERY inaccurate and missed a lot that made me think I would be charged for damage I didn't cause. I video taped my walk around.
