My husband picked up the van and wasn't aware it was contactless service. The staff that worked at the office was very, very, rude. Just because it is contactless, we would have expected some better understanding from the staff. Making the reservations online was very easy and Tony was very helpful.

They are honest and fair, they were short staffed the day we rented but the gentleman was helpful and accommodating. The people renting the van before us left it a mess but he did the best he could to clean it up and get us on our way.

Due to a minor mix-up at the agency the van we rented was not waiting for us at John Wayne airport as we expected, but it was brought out to us promptly with no disruption to our plans. The rest of the experience was perfect.
