The Van rental itself and the process to pick up and drop off was very easy. Tony was very un-pleasant to work with. I'd ask questions and instead of answering directly, he'd ask "well you got the email right?" or " you have the walk around sheet right?". Un-pleasant is the best way to describe my interaction with him. The walk around sheet was also VERY inaccurate and missed a lot that made me think I would be charged for damage I didn't cause. I video taped my walk around.
The Van we requested was upgraded at the last minute and was in a perfect condition. The Staff (Tony) was very helpful and was responsive. Great Experience with United Car Rental. I will definitely recommend to my friends and will use again . Thank You
Sent email in regards to my safety deposit and never heard back from Tony. Information on when or why my safety deposit has not been transferred would be very helpful.
Tracy was very responsive. He called me back quickly when I had questions and answered them thoroughly. He clearly explained the rental terms and policies. Tracy met me in person upon pickup the van was clean and ready with a full tank of gas. Drop off was easy. Locked the van and dropped the key in the mail slot. Would definitely rent from United Van rentals again.
