Tracy was very responsive. He called me back quickly when I had questions and answered them thoroughly. He clearly explained the rental terms and policies. Tracy met me in person upon pickup the van was clean and ready with a full tank of gas. Drop off was easy. Locked the van and dropped the key in the mail slot. Would definitely rent from United Van rentals again.
