Our van had a bad battery. We had to jump it three times during our vacation.
Would be nice if the miles were unlimited for anything over one day rental.

The van was great and the pickup and drop-off couldn't be more convenient. From the airplane to baggage claim to the van seemed like less than a block. Wow!
Everything went perfect.
Van was old, the door kept on making a sound as if it was going to pop open...very scary. We picked up trash before returning but was still charged 100 bucks cleaning fee. There was a missing cover on the wheels that we were also charged 45 bucks. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. Treated unfairly.
