Tracy and the United team really did a fantastic job. We had a mechanical issue on the second day that could have really messed up the trip. They swapped out the van that afternoon so that we were able to stay on schedule the next day. I cannot thank United enough for the truly wonderful van rental service.
Tony is rude, the van rentals are terrible. All beat up check engine light is on. A/c didn’t work and we had babies in the car. I don’t recommend them at all.
