First impression s are lasting. We never was greeted just directed to van. No hello no how are you? Picking up from this location was very inpersonalable and cold. Even with Covid going on we have never been treated in such a manner. (In person and over the phone) The actual paperless process of renting was nice,convenient and painless. Just the customer service representative needs a refresher course in customer care/service.
I wish the rental company offered delivery service like our previous rental company
I prefer a rental with unlimited mileage but otherwise it was great.
Overall great experience. Price was good. Vehicle was great and clean, only issue was lack of back up camera. Instructions was clear and precise.

I especially appreciate the excellent customer service from Tracy: on the scheduled pick-up day, he called me in the morning to notify my reserved van has some issue and he asked me if I can come in a little bit late. In less than two hours I got another call that they've switch vehicle and ready for me to pick it up. The vehicle stayed in good condition throughout my trip.
Bluetooth media connectivity would be a nice addition.
