When I rent from the usual “HAUL” guys I just cringe at the thought of picking up the rental. First time renting here and was a great, clean, well maintained rental. When I say clean I mean washed and detailed inside and out and everything worked. Tires, mechanicals, dash and electronics were all in excellent working order. Would go back to this UNITED Rental Vans again. No hesitation to rent from this company.

Clean and well maintained vehicle. Great communication on how to pick up and returned the van. Will definitely recommend and rent from them again.

First impression s are lasting. We never was greeted just directed to van. No hello no how are you? Picking up from this location was very inpersonalable and cold. Even with Covid going on we have never been treated in such a manner. (In person and over the phone) The actual paperless process of renting was nice,convenient and painless. Just the customer service representative needs a refresher course in customer care/service.
