Bad on me for not checking the Mileage before I left for our trip. I was charged an extra $75 for busting my 600 mile limit. I reviewed my trip multiple times and there is no way I could have possibly busted my mileage. I would have had to run my trip 2 times to meet what they said I drove. I'm not sure if it was a misprint or an error from the previous ride, but there is no way it is possible I drove what they said. On top of all of it the employee was extremely rude at turn in.
I rented a cargo van and the vehicle was ready, paperwork was set/highlighted for my checkout and it was very expedited and smooth.

Super easy to pick up & drop off, which was so helpful with 11 of us traveling & 5 being young children. We had excellent customer service & will definitely rent from United Van again!
Though there was miscommunication at first, we really appreciated Tracy for removing the last two rows of seats for us. With those two rows out, we got sufficient luggage space. It made this airport pick up project of ours the easiest one by far.
The customer service person was less than courteous. He didn't look up from what he was doing, acknowledge us & he definitely wasn't friendly. He seemed socially inept, I wouldn't use him as the face of my company.
Great van, very clean, everything worked great and was the perfect fit for my needs. Drove extremely well and was superior to other vehicles I have rented in this class.
Counter was not staffed when I showed up to pick up rental I had called your 800 number to let them know my expected arrival time but they did not communicate this to the local Las Vegas desk so he was away for 40 mins when I arrived. This was an issue with your 800 number HQ person NOT the local guy as he had no idea.
The rental experience was fast, easy and exceeded my expectations. Vehicle was great and look forward to renting from United Van Rentals again.
Check in and check out were quick and efficient. I also appreciated that they didn't give me a hard sell on the insurance, I had full coverage through my insurance company.
