Very good overall experience. Very good communication. Van was as expected. Office was closed when I brought back the van, but check-out was as expected. Based on my experience, would rent with UVR again.
Incredible company. Exceptional customer service. Quality vehicles. Highly recommend using them. The ease of making the reservation, the instructions on where and how to get the vehicle, the return process, EVERYTHING was excellent.

Although we didn’t meet anyone in person because of the after hours pick up and drop off, Mike did a great job assisting us through phone and emails.

Two different phone calls from United Rentals the day before from different people wanting to know when I was going to return the van on the final day. They knew this date and time from my reservation and it was kinda of annoying.
