Tony was great to deal with. I was running late on my return and he arranged a ride to the airport so I would be on time for my flight.
no complaints whatsoever
It was a very easy, smooth and accommodating process, thanks to Tony. Van was perfect fit for what we needed and I can't recommend United Van Rentals enough!
Only one feedback: the van was nicely washed. The cleaner used on the door steps was very slippery. I almost slipped when climbing into the van. And it got my shoes slippery. It’s kinda dangerous.
I missed the wifi

Sir, Wifi was never included in your rental package. However, we did replace a $500 windshield that was shattered while you were driving the van. United Van Rentals
The only bad think was the returm because the LOT 4 was full and we have some problems to park.

We are glad you enjoyed your rental. Unfortunately, we have no control of traffic parking at the airport. LAX can be difficult during the summer months.
The van was perfect for our family of 10. Tony did an excellent job setting everything up and picking me up at the airport in order to get the van. I would use United Van Rentals in Las Vegas again.
