Very personal customer service. They dropped the van to my rental place and the staff was very courteous.
Top to bottom, front to back, the vehicle and supporting services were impeccable. I'd rent from United Rentals again in a heart beat. Services, over the phone or via email was super quick and efficient. It's great to see customer service at it's finest!
Excellent experience renting from united van rental. Price is right compared to big car rental companies. Their vehicles are clean and in good condition.

Tracy was very accommodating and easy communicated the requirements. The van arrived promptly at the specified time at drop off.
The only criticism was the van pickup. Pickup time was 8AM and I had call-in 8:15-8:30 to verify pickup. At this point, I was provided a secondary option of leaving the keys in the van. The secondary option would have been beneficial prior to the end of van rental contract.

Renting with this company is so awesome! I was expecting an older van but to my surprise, they gave me one of the new vans they had. I so appreciate that!. Staff was friendly and courteous and very knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again on my next road trip.
