My experience was great and I will rent from United Van Rentals again. Their service and quality of vehicles is better than other companies. Glad I found them.
Staff were great, unit was pretty good but was one of the older unit. However happy with my experience in both staff and the van. Would recommend to friends and family. Will definitely rent again in the future.
Rental was comfortable and easy to drive. Perfect for getting the family from out of town around in the area.

Steps were too high for our parents to get into van. We made the best of it and had a few laughs trying to get them in van. 2nd row seat has no arm rest, but other than that, it worked great for our party of 11 :)
