Everything was great!
Rental went very smooth, both pick up and return. Vehicle was as advertised (12 pax van).
The staff was prompt and courteous, I liked that they were ready when we were and had a sense of time urgency like we needed. The lady we dealt with was super nice and answered all questions really fast. We had students waiting and they really hustled to get us in and out. The van was in great condition. The only thing that would have been nice would have been meeting us at the airport when we needed to drop off the vans.

Great experience!! Pick up and Drop off were perfect and convenient. Easy location to rent from. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend and rent again from United.
I most definately would rent from this agency again. I have been renting similar vans for our annual corporate officer outing and still have not found the best vehicle. Accessibility in the back seats is very restrictive.
