This was the easiest rental experience we have ever had. Van was nice, clean and fit our family perfect.
United was great. Addressed any concerns immediately and provided a working clean vehicle to use for our needs. We will definitely be using them again.

Were marginally good satsified but not have a great- great enjoyment. Agency staff, needs to be more courteous and customer oriented and to listen customer's concern patiently & respond politely, which I feel is extremley necessary
