The service is quite good. Although after booking confirmed, I tried two other types of booking to get lower cost and presented to the desk officer, he still helped to applied the better rates I did online to my done booking. Service is good, have water for guests and don't have to wait long. 5 stars.
Good to have pickup and drop off service at the hotel .
the people at united van rentals, really stepped up, my flight was 5 hours late getting to LAX, they tracked it the whole time, even as I was sending emails, or calling, they always knew exactly what was happening. The van was right where the drop off driver said and he even watched for us and pulled around the lot to us.
Excellent job, people. Awsome!!!

Thank you for your rental. You drove over 600 miles for a one day rental. We charge the typical .35 cents per mile after your allotted one day free miles. If we didn't, we would not be in business very long.

The van was immaculate, the checkout and check in were a breeze and overall it was a fantastic experience. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone looking to rent a vehicle.

This is the second time that I have rented a van from United. Tony was great to deal with. The van was cleaned and everything worked properly. I would definitely return to United if I need to rent a van in the future.
