Both Mike and Holly were great ! Mike pick us up at the airport and Holly drop us off both were very knowledgeable about their job directions in a little bit of history in the area

The brakes makes noise and the van needs alignment.

I spoke with Tony and arranged for the rental. I was unable to get a 15 passenger van so I signed a credit card authorization for a 12 and had to rent an additional vehicle. When I called back questioning why I was being charged for 4 days instead of 3 he was very rude and confrontational. I was desperate to rent the van so I dealt with him anyway. If our team hadn't needed the van I would have cancelled.

Requested for 12-passenger Transit with extra cargo space but got offered a 15-passenger version with two back seats removed. Transit van runs great but the lack of cargo space made luggage loading a major chore.
Rented Garmin GPS has a non-responsive touch screen, not a good value for the money.
