Rental van WOULD NOT START after picking it up at the John Wayne Airport. United Van Rentals refused to credit my account for at least 1 day's rental!
Great customer service! We were even upgraded to a Mercedes sprinter at no additional charge.
We were looking to rent the 15 passenger van but it was not available. The 12 passenger van was tight with 12 guys, 12 sets of golf clubs and luggage. I liked that the van was close by and ready to go at the airport and that I didn't have to wait at a counter.

unit had trash in it, had mismatched tires [one had a slow leak, had to add air twice per TPS] . Tony is Nice to deal with! Maint. on this Fleet# could be better, I rent twice a year and will continue

The van we rented has a door that shakes very loudly and causes the air in the cabin to vibrate while on the highway and hurt the ears from the vibration in air. The owner/franchise operator was relatively rude via email and in person.
But the inventory and price is incomparable. I now know how to not interact with the owner, so won't have to deal with that part in the future.
10/10 would rent again!
