The van we rented has a door that shakes very loudly and causes the air in the cabin to vibrate while on the highway and hurt the ears from the vibration in air. The owner/franchise operator was relatively rude via email and in person.
But the inventory and price is incomparable. I now know how to not interact with the owner, so won't have to deal with that part in the future.
10/10 would rent again!

Easy and smooth process
I rented a high roof passenger cargo van and I didn't received what i wanted. they provided a high roof passenger van with no cargo. that was an inconvenience. the ac wasn't working correctly, that inside of the van head rest was ripped. I was very unsatisfied.

A little pricey for renting this Van for 4 days. At $972.00 as the price, I pretty much paid off 3 months' worth of their Van Payments. Other than the price the entire check In and Out was Great. Scott maintained all contact. The Van drove like a Beast going Up and Down the Hills between Vegas and California. Gas Mileage was better than my Ford F-150 Truck. I will rent again even though price was bit high, but it surely was convenient to the trip if this makes sense.
