Great service
The check in/out process is far too long. Not enough staff to handle customers. Also when securing a vehicle online it would be appropriate to list all the prices each vehicle and included options/features. I didn't appreciate being charged extra on a minivan that had a backup camera from the price that I was quoted online.
The van was clean and the pick up and drop off process simple.
Vehicle was not ready at scheduled time of pick up. Did not receive a call three days prior to pick up date, as indicated in reservation confirmation email.
We've rented here a few times. Have been very pleased.
Our van wasn't ready when we got there. So we needed to wait about 15 minutes until they cleaned the van. But we will rent from this company again
Cost effective rent a van in Bay Area, lot of convenient van types, the staff is friendly, and the vehicles are always in great condition and ready to go. Booking online is super easy, and the price you are quoted is the price you pay. We have used them before and will use them again!
Good car
The entire process to pick up a car & leave the rental place takes almost 2 hrs. The cars are not pre washed, they are washed on the arrival of the customer , hence wasting a lot of time.
