Would have been better if there was direct transportation from airport to rental counter instead of having to transfer from one bus to another. Prompt return transportation to airport despite signs to allow 30' from arrival at the rental desk.
Interior was kind of shaby but A/C worked and vehicle performed as expected. Overall good value.
I was disappointed with the van rental people. This was my first time renting from you guys and I was lied to day after day. I was told one price over the phone and then a totally different once I got there. The staff have no idea of what they are doing and they ruin an important trip for me because I budgeted for the first price I was told about. I hope there is something you can do in the future to better this. I am very angry and I think I will take a little further so people know.
While driving there was some air coming in from outside despite the windows were closed. As a result, it made big noise which had a very bad impact on the ears especially those of the children. The vehicle needs to be checked for gaps
I called 3 times to get a shuttle. It took over 30 minutes to arrival. Van was not ready when we finally arrived at the shop. Waited another 30 min. to get van. There was no one wlse waiting. Outside of van and inside of windows were dirty, had body damage and rear seat was not installed properly. Luckily, I fixed it before we had to make a sudden stop. Rear shocks are worn enough to cause some of my family to get car sick when they rode in the back. Overall, a very poor experience.
Staff that help is Very accommodating and hardworking. Friendly and helpful.
I would never ever rent a car from AVR anymore. The worst possible service ever received. They did not have the car I booked and confirmed and did not provide me any other options. I incurred huge losses due to cancellation of my hotels and my entire trip due to last minute backing out of AVR to provide me a car. I don't understand the meaning of a confirmed reservation anymore.. Horrible indeed..

Pick up took longer than expected because of uninformed renters. Staff was courteous and accommodating regardless. Rental van was older, but got to and from destination with ease. Policy has a lot of verbiage that has some key points that should be highlighted or emphasized upon.
Great customer service. Person that help me made me feel that I have been a customer for a long time and I definitely will come back again
