I had issues finding the location at LAX and then finding parking at the actual building during pick up. It took a bit to be waited on but the woman helping us was very nice. Everything was explained well. The van was a bit rough but served its purpose and at drop off we got a courtesy shuttle directly to the terminal. Over all very happy

The pick up was not good, the van was not ready, took over an hour to get it cleaned. The rate increased, the van had a very poor air conditioning, would not cool. Problems was the ignition locking up,it happened 6 times, stranding us for hours as we tried to get it to unlock, tried to call AVR, no answer had to get help to free up the steering wheel. In dropping the car on Monday, no long term parking, no vehicle over the 6'6" allowed. No receipt yet. Bad van, bad service, disappointing.
Spent nearly an hour just to pick up a reservation for a van rental. Never have I ever waited that long to pick up a reserved rental vehicle. Also, during drop off I waited about 20 mins just to check out because there was only one staff member helping everyone in the office. These problems are due from lack of staff.

I am not satisfied customer because I was over charge for gasoline. when I pay I pay for a full tank. I returned the van with a full tank so I was expecting a refund in the original charge. They advertise the gas as cheaper but in reality is not they charge me for 20 gallons when the van full with 15gallons I am not a satisfied customer. I will not return to rent with this company .
The van I received was scratched up all over the body paint missing, and it also was dirty on the inside pet hair all ove.r the doors had sticky stuff that was still on the door did not look like it was clean whatsoever. When I went back in to say that the van was nasty and it was dirty. I was told okay I will put that in writing. This was one of the worst experiences that I've ever had with this company.
The rental went very well. Excellent van condition and efficient pick up process. The return process involves an email notification to the staff and I wish the staff would respond to my email to confirm the completion of return. I am still waiting.
Everything was perfect, except for dropping the van in Las Vegas, the lady at the front counter was very obnoxious and rude.
Can't beat the price, but the worst service ever. It was a nightmare from the first day to the last day to drop off the car. The low price couldn't make up for the bad service. I would tell people to stay away from this agency. Worst experiment ever.
