The best price for a large van rental in the area.
Vehicle was not clean as expected. I had to wash it before use it. Hopefully next time it will be a better experience for the price I paid for 1 day rental.
My only negative comment was that I was not aware that the place was open on Sundays, I just assumed not, and due to a confilict of getting down to the rental place I called and was told that the place was open on Sunday but would be charged $84 for that extra day. I wasn't happy with that, but due to my circumstances I was left with no choice. Also, the first time I rented a van from AVR I rented for 10 or 12 days and the rate was less than the original 5 days I rented this time.
Everything was great. I wish they would offer discounts to those who have rented from them before. Picking up and dropping off the vehicle went great.
The only complaint is that you have to be very skinny to fit 12 people in the seats. We had 9 plus a child and it was too crowded. We will rent the 15 seater next time. The staff is always great! 2 time renting with them and will rent there again.
Great people to work with, were able to get a better van for me that met our needs.
Car was in very poor condition, but the price was great. Employees were slow, possibly due to inefficient processes involved in renting procedures. Car was not available at promised time. Long delay involved in picking up car.
Good rates and customer service.
When i went, there was a big line and even the folks in front were told to wait for 15 mins as they were out of vans. Not sure why they took so many bookings when they were out of rental vans.
The worker is not helpful.. I don't like his behavior
