My 10prcnt summer code was not accepted. But overall pleased with the service.
Location was far off airport and inconvenient; Shuttle service was infrequent; The transaction time for picking up and returning the van was way too slow; Rental facility was dirty and shabby; Van's air conditioning didn't work well

The air conditioning in the van we rented barely worked and was noisy. We called to bring it back but were told that there were no more vans available and we'd have to wait at least 2 hours to see if another one came in. This was definitely the worst experience I've had with a rental agency and would not recommend them to anyone.
Another damaged van rental from this company. I am shocked at the condition of these vehicles for the price. I do not want to rent a used, beat up van. It was missing a visor and the interior was stained, ripped, smelly. The staff do their best but the wait time is long and rental process takes too long. The van was not recently washed after rain so I had to further wait for it to get washed again. Prices are competitive but so disappointed with the quality. Not worth the savings.
The van was damaged and dented. It was unsightly and so bad that the sliding door could not shut properly for the sensor to work. We had an alarm sounding on and off the entire trip. I requested an alternate vehicle but the car wash was broken and it would have been another 45 min wait time on top of the already unreasonable wait we had. There need to be more staff in the office. They are so busy that the wait time is too much. Need better vehicles. Staff was friendly enough though.
2nd time we have rented from you and the experience was good. The only complaint was at the drop off. It was after hours and someone took our car to drop us off at the airport which was great, but he had no paperwork showing that we had returned the car in great shape or even returned the car at all.
Overall good. I use them every time and never had a problem with staff or vehicle.
I had reservations to pick up the car at 7pm and when I went to pick it up They said they don't have any car available so I said why you did not call me? If you call me then I can come little late to pick up the car and they said we are not allowed to call which I don't believe. I was waiting for car and the clerk called to my home and talked to my wife and said sorry we are overbooked and don't have any car and my wife told her that my husband is waiting in your office. I had to wait two hours.
