The directions to get to the facility was inaccurate from the airport. There was nothing saying it was off airport and made it appear you were where the other rental car agencies are located but then again you know that. The return shuttle would not wait 5 minutes for a ride to the airport so I had to pay an additional 25$ to drop off. Very shady all around.
I would highly recommend this Agency, and will use them the next time I need a van in Chicago.
the rate was great, the van was clean and ran good. no fancy bells & whistles but good, dependable minivan for a family vacation. They promptly picked us up from airport. Would definiley use them again

Everything and everyone was great!
The woman at the front desk was rude and provided poor customer service, she was argumentative and unhelpful. I was told I would receive a AAA discount when I confirmed my reservation and then upon pick up of the vehicle the discount was not honored because I reserved through a third party. I did not receive a confirmation call even though I received an email that stated I would be called. The woman at the front desk said she somehow missed seeing my reservation. Good vehicle. Poor service.
In rental car over 150 days a year, worst experience overall I have had in long time.
