Very pleased with the rental. Excellent condition at the absolute best price anywhere in San Diego.
The agent is really nice and helpful.
Rental was at the rate quoted and we were upgraded to a better van. Staff let us know about pre-paying the gas which is great if you plan driving till the tank is low as the price per gallon was 50 cents less than the stations in the area.
The given Van has poor performance in terms of accelerator and mileage. I need to press so hard to just have pick up of the car.
I RETURNED THE VEHICLE WITH A HALF TANK OF FUEL, BUT THEY DID NOT TELL ME THAT I PAID FOR A FULL TANK REGARDLESS OF THE AMOUNT REMAINING. THIS IS SOMEWHAT DECEPTIVE IN NOT TELLING ME THAT I HAD TO PAY FOR A FULL TANK .
