Dewan - very careless driver!
Art - excellent driver.
Bad experience getting car. Car was not cleaned inside or outside. It was full of trash.
I asked for it to be cleaned and I was told I would be given another car. 2nd car was filthy, caked with so much mud on the windshield it would be dangerous to drive. I was told they ran out of soap last night lhence the dirty car. I asked for $ to take it to a car wash, only then did she offer to clean it. It was still dirty!!

I traveled with my family of 7 and did not had any trouble with the mini van, it was clean and service provided by AVR was good. It was cheap when compared with other rentals.
The van rental building was shabby and old. Acknowledging your customers when one enters the makes one feel they are about to taken care of soon. Even if they are busy.

The reservation said unlimited mileage, but it actually isn't if you're renting in the town you live which doesn't make any sense. I didn't get close to the mileage limit, so it didn't matter for me, but it was frustrating that I had to read the fine print about such a major issue. Wasn't as good as enterprise, who I usually use because they were cheaper. Wouldn't recommend to my family or friends cause I don't want them to think I'm cheap.
